Terms of Use

DivineDash reports prices and drops. It is the companion site to the Divine community, and it is a reporting tool, not a shop. We never sell you a product, take payment for one, hold stock, or ship anything. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site under their terms.

Every price, discount and stock figure is what we saw the last time we checked that product, and retailers change all three without notice. A deal can be gone, repriced or regional by the time you open it. Always confirm the price and availability on the retailer's page before buying. We do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete or error-free.

Previous drops articles describe a drop as it was on the day they were published, for information only. Our editorial standards explain how they are prepared and corrected.

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you buy through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission never changes the price you pay, and it does not decide which deals we show or how they are ranked.

We record clicks on retailer links, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Margins, resale estimates and flip leads are information, not advice or a promise of profit. Resale prices move, platforms change their fees and rules, and some items do not sell. Anything you buy to resell is your decision and your risk. Where a resale figure is an estimate rather than an observed sale, we label it as one.

Sign-in is through Discord and your access follows the roles you hold in Divine's servers. Keep your Discord account secure; anyone who controls it controls your DivineDash account. Your account is for you alone; do not share or sell access to it.

When using DivineDash, our apps, bots or alerts, do not:

• break the law or use them to harm, harass or defraud anyone;
• scrape, crawl, copy or bulk-download the site or its data, or access it with bots or automated tools;
• copy, repost, resell or leak member-only content, alerts or leads outside the Divine community;
• reverse engineer, decompile or modify our apps, or try to get around membership checks, access controls or rate limits;
• probe, test or attack the security of our systems, or overload or disrupt them;
• interfere with other members or impersonate anyone, including our staff.

We can limit, suspend or end access, including a paid membership's member features, for anyone who breaks these rules.

Memberships are sold and billed by Whop under Whop's terms, and any trial, renewal, refund or cancellation is handled there. A paid membership unlocks member features on this site and in the community; it does not guarantee any particular deal, drop, allocation or outcome. If your membership lapses, member features stop and the free parts of the site keep working.

We aim to keep the site and its alerts running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Our systems, the retailers we cover and Discord itself can fail or fall behind, and an alert may be late or missed. We may change, pause or remove features at any time. Do not rely on DivineDash as your only source for a time-critical purchase.

The site, its apps, articles, data and design are ours, and using them does not give you any ownership of them. Product names, images and trademarks belong to the retailers and brands they came from, and appear here to identify what is on sale. DivineDash is not affiliated with or endorsed by those retailers and brands.

DivineDash is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a purchase you made, a deal that changed, an alert that did not arrive, or an interruption to the service.

If these terms change we will update the date at the top, and using DivineDash after that means you accept the new terms. Questions go to a support ticket in the Divine Discord.
