Terms of Use

DivineDash reports prices and drops. It is the companion site to the Divine community, and it is a reporting tool, not a shop. We never sell you a product, take payment for one, hold stock, or ship anything. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site under their terms.

Every price, discount and stock figure is what we captured the last time we swept that product, and retailers change all three without notice. A deal can be gone, repriced or regional by the time you open it. Always confirm the price and availability on the retailer's page before buying. We do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete or error-free.

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you buy through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission never changes the price you pay, and it does not decide which deals we show or how they are ranked.

Margins, resale estimates and flip leads are information, not advice or a promise of profit. Resale prices move, platforms change their fees and rules, and some items do not sell. Anything you buy to resell is your decision and your risk. Where a resale figure is an estimate rather than an observed sale, we label it as one.

Sign-in is through Discord and your access follows the roles you hold in Divine's servers. Keep your Discord account secure; anyone who controls it controls your DivineDash account. Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape or resell our data, to hammer our servers with automated requests, or to interfere with other members. We can suspend access that does any of those.

Memberships are sold and billed by Whop under Whop's terms, and any trial, renewal, refund or cancellation is handled there. A paid membership unlocks member features on this site and in the community; it does not guarantee any particular deal, drop, allocation or outcome. If your membership lapses, member features stop and the free parts of the site keep working.

We aim to keep the site and its alerts running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Sweeps, monitors and Discord itself can fail or fall behind, and an alert may be late or missed. Do not rely on DivineDash as your only source for a time-critical purchase.

The site, its articles and its design are ours. Product names, images and trademarks belong to the retailers and brands they came from, and appear here to identify what is on sale.

DivineDash is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a purchase you made, a deal that changed, an alert that did not arrive, or an interruption to the service.
