Privacy Policy

From Discord when you sign in. Your Discord user ID, username and avatar, and the Divine servers and roles you hold. We never receive your Discord password, and signing in does not let this site read your messages or DMs.

What you choose to give us. Things you set up on your dashboard, such as favourite stores, a home ZIP code (the five digits only, used to find stores near you; we do not use your device's location), alerts, keywords, watches, reminders, team follows, saved items, products you track, notification preferences, settlement and study tracking, and store picks or reports you submit. You can edit or delete these from your dashboard at any time.

Membership details from Whop. Your plan, its status and renewal date, and the billing email on your Whop account. Payments are handled entirely by Whop; we never see or store your card details.

Technical and usage information. When you sign in, use the site or an app, or follow a link to a retailer, we record technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, app version, the features and links you use, and when. For the desktop apps this includes the devices you sign in on and which Divine apps and versions are installed.

Article visits. On Previous drops articles we count visits (the page, when, and the site that sent you) so we know which coverage is useful. These counts do not store your name or IP address, and they run whether or not you allow Google Analytics.

Article email sign-ups. If you once signed up for article emails, we still hold that email address. Ask us and we will delete it.

From our Discord bots. Some activity in Divine's servers, described in Our Discord bots.

• To run the features you use: alerts, DMs, personalised pages and nearby stores.
• To confirm your membership and keep your Discord roles in line with it.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse, fraud and misuse.
• To understand which deals and features are useful and to improve them.
• To confirm that affiliate links are credited correctly.
• To answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your messages to train AI models.

DivineDash links you to retailers but never sells anything itself. Some links on the site and in our alert DMs are affiliate links: if you buy something after following one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes the price you pay.

When you follow a retailer link we record the click: what was clicked and where, when, the technical details above, and your account if you are signed in. We use this to measure which deals are useful and to confirm commissions, not to build a profile of you. The retailer, and any affiliate partner involved, also receives information such as your IP address and browser details when you visit, under their own privacy policies.

With your permission we use Google Analytics to understand visits to public pages. It loads only after you choose "Allow analytics", and it uses analytics cookies to measure page visits, browser and device information, general location and the referring site. Google processes this information, including your IP address. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

It measures public pages only. It is not sent your account details, ZIP code, searches or anything you type, and we do not turn on Google advertising features or ad personalisation.

Choose "Decline" to keep it off. You can change your choice at any time here or from the footer; withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes its cookies from this site. It does not change the article visit counts described above.

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, keep your account secure and remember settings such as your theme and analytics choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you allow them.

If you turn on an alert, Divine's bots send it to you as a Discord direct message. Every type of DM is off until you switch it on, and each can be switched off on its own. We keep a record of what was sent so nothing is sent twice, and we note when Discord reports your DMs are closed so the site can tell you why nothing is arriving.

The Divine Toolbox and Divine apps check your membership while they are open and let us tell you when an update is available. We keep the devices you have signed in on (which you can sign out at any time), the apps and versions installed, and a record of downloads and sign-ins.

The apps do not send us your files, screenshots, recordings, keystrokes, browsing, network traffic, locations or anything you create in them. Some app features connect straight to outside services, such as map, content or download services, or an AI provider you connect with your own key. Those services see your IP address the way any website does and handle data under their own policies.

Divine runs its own private Discord bots, including Divine Helper, inside Divine's servers. You cannot add them to other servers. A bot only sees the servers it is in and cannot see your DMs with other people.

Members and roles. Discord tells the bots when you join or leave a Divine server, or when your roles or nickname change. The bots use this to welcome and onboard new members, keep roles in line with memberships, keep moderation logs for staff, count members, and let staff send announcements to members with a given role.

Message content. The bots read messages in Divine's servers to remove scams and spam, deliver deal alerts and keyword notifications, answer questions in help channels, run support tickets, and run community features such as the marketplace, events, wins, vouches and the Divine Degen sports tools. Message text is only stored where a feature below needs it.

What the bots keep:

• Activity records: who posted, in which channel and when, without the message text. These power levels and activity stats.
• Support ticket transcripts.
• Text from the feature channels and commands that need it: help channel questions, marketplace posts, wins posts, live event channels and vouches.
• What you create with bot commands, such as bet journals, line alerts, posted picks, Pick'em picks and followed teams, and their results. Posted picks, records and leaderboards are public in the community by design; your bet journal is visible only to you.
• Membership records: when you joined, your roles, levels and points, and membership status.

Some features use an AI provider to work: help channel replies send the question and recent channel messages, and reading a posted pick sends its screenshot or text. Nothing else about you is sent with them.

Opting out. Message text is only kept from the features above, so you can avoid using them. You can also ask us at any time to delete the messages and records we hold about you: open a ticket in #get-support in the Divine Discord, or email contact@divinedash.io. We will confirm when it is done.

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. We share it only with:

• Discord, for sign-in, our bots and delivering your DMs.
• Whop, which runs memberships and billing.
• Service providers that host and run DivineDash for us, such as hosting, server and database providers, and AI providers for the features that use them. They handle it to provide their service to us.
• Google, for analytics, only if you allow it.
• Retailers and affiliate partners, when you follow their links.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or a buyer or successor if Divine's business is transferred.

We keep account and preference data while your account exists, and other records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, such as security, support and measuring what works. Sign-in records are removed shortly after the sign-in ends, and some features delete their records on their own schedule. Backups are deleted on a rolling basis. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information and limit who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Discord account protected; whoever controls it controls your DivineDash account.

You can edit or remove alerts, watches, reminders, follows, saved items and settings from your dashboard, turn off any DM, and change your analytics choice. To get a copy of your data, or to have your account, your bot records and everything attached to them deleted, open a ticket in #get-support in the Divine Discord, or email contact@divinedash.io. We will confirm when it is done. Deleting your DivineDash account does not cancel a Whop membership; do that on Whop.

DivineDash is not intended for anyone under 13, and Discord's own terms require users to be 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
